A Model Garment Company, located in Hurlingham City, Buenos Aires. Founded in 2005, and recently moved to our newly acquired Plant.
Dotated with the most modern structure, we stand out with our ultimate equipment, technology and
huge potential for increasing production.
Our easy access to the main routes and highways allow an excellent capacity of logistic and distribution.
The MANUFACTURING FACILITY
The Plant is three floors high, an in-between floor and owns 2000m2.
The first floor is devided in three main areas: the Fabric Storage, the Logistic Area and the Cutting Area, where we count with advanced cutting technology, including Cosmetex Pathfinder Cutting Robot and Optitex Mapping Machine.
The second floor is devided in six main areas:
The Design, Development and Sample Department; the Art Area, with the MELCO Embroiderer and the MONTI Sublimator that is just about to arrive, and scheduled to be fully operational by the beggining of the year 2018; the Trims Storage Room; the Full Sewing Production Line with JUKI machines, and finally; the Finishing Product, Iron, Tagging and Packing Area.
The in-between floor is destined for the employees to recreate. There are two main areas; the Dinning Room, where a snack is provided by us, and later on, Lunch; and an Outside Space.
The third and last floor is devided in two, the Administrative & Purchase Department, and the Chairman’s Office.
We do and care about the final product and every detail of the process, with the best equipment in the country. Giving us maximum capacity to supply any of our customers needs.
